I am an aerial, movement artist and shiatsu practitioner based in the Peak District near Sheffield.

Be it is in the air, on my shiatsu mat or witnessing one of my performances, I specialise in creating experiences for you to listen to yourself and how you feel. To move, be moved, to be still, to rest in the moment, to be just as you are!

I work locally, nationally and in Europe, so please be in touch if you live in or out of my area.
